This month sees the start of the Great Migrations to the beach. “The Beach” in PoA speak is any one of the beaches along the Atlantic coast up as far as Santa Catarina. People leave the city in droves (and also in cars and other internal combustion type perambulating machines). WHAT’S on in PoA this month is just the regular stuff.
